COMMITMENT
The ML Architect team offers an individual approach to each and every project that comes through our doors. Employing a staff of five employees, the firm is family-sized, knit together by open communication in a relaxed, creative atmosphere. We take pride in seeing the “big picture,” focusing our attentions on all aspects of a project, from preliminary design through construction completion. Architects share an ability to comprehend the entire design and building process, and to guide their clients through this process smoothly and successfully. We are no exception.

EXPERIENCE
Mark Latham, AIA, heads our team as principal of the firm, with over a decade of architectural experience in Idaho, Washington and the Midwest. His background in general contracting and construction management gives the firm a valuable edge; knowledge of construction techniques can pay back dividends in the long term, even with small residential projects. We take advantage of cost estimating, quality control, and smart “nuts-and-bolts” designs which result in cost savings often exceeding the architectural fee.

DEDICATION
The local regions of Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington offer breathtaking and challenging home sites, making residential work our love and specialty. We strive to create each custom home with sensitivity to its unique owner, site, and surroundings.
